This dairy cooperative offers a choice of local products, which are made and matured in its cellars at the bottom of the valley. For several decades it has been harvesting and processing milk from dairy farms located in the mountain villages of the Tarentaise region, representing 750 tonnes of Beaufort. Between 30 and 80 wheels are produced per day depending on the season and the lactation of the cows. You will find in the shop, beaufort, reblochon, tommes, cheeses from Savoie.
