BOI BRASINO

The restaurant at the Casino d'Artigas hotel is a popular and well-known parilla , a little more expensive than average, but the quality of the meats is excellent. There is a wide selection of salad bars and desserts (floating island, flan, and fruit salad). Regrettably, the restaurant looks like a drab convention hall with office chairs and decor that looks like it was purchased in a military surplus store. Although the atmosphere is not top notch, the flavors are definitely the most authentic you can find.
