The seaside resort of La Concordia, discovered in 1520 by Captain Juan Rodríguez de Serrano during the Magallanes expedition, is located at km 305 on ruta 21. From the main road, a path leads to the coast of the Uruguay River. The small village of La Concordia is quite typical, mainly made up of secondary houses belonging to the inhabitants of Mercedes, and offers a sweet tranquility. Under the sun, you can enjoy the beach and go fishing, or do various water sports. There is a campground and municipal establishments(paradores and cabañas). To see, the old small port all in wood, Puerto Aldao.
