This boutique hotel is a stone building overlooking the beautiful Plaza Zabala. About 15 rooms, all decorated differently and with a nod to a famous Uruguayan artist, are luxuriously appointed. Breakfast is a marvel, with sweet and savory canapés, crystal dishes and a memorable buffet selection. A little extra: the roof terrace with a view of the old town and a whirlpool bath to relax in, not to mention the tea room and lounge bar. A rare pearl of high standing.
