It's a long line to get into this little sushi restaurant. And for good reason, Tachiguimidori manages to offer fresh and excellent quality sushi at an amazing price. The reason is simple: you don't sit down to eat. Customers stand around a counter and order their sushi, which they quickly enjoy to make room for the next customer. If it's not ideal for resting, what wouldn't we do to eat good sushi? In any case, the concept works well in Japan.
