In a neighbourhood where good addresses to eat ramen come in succession, Mutekiya still managed to stand out thanks to homemade noodles and ingredients, in a broth of pig bones and rich and fragrant soy sauce. The quality is also found in the pork slices served with the bowl. We recommend the house classic pork slice and egg (nikutama) but also the more original Honmaru Black, noodles in clam chowder with sesame. Last but not least: the place is open until 4am!
