It is one of the best restaurants in Algiers and around the capital and it has just been beautifully renovated. It serves excellent fish and seafood, always from the catch of the day and really well prepared. The shrimp bourek is deliciously melt-in-the-mouth as is the "gourbi mixture", an assortment of fresh fish. Meat lovers will not be disappointed, with smooth and crispy entrecote awaiting them. For dessert, a delight of sweets. Everything is good at the Gourbi... Simply because it is an ancestral establishment or almost.
