The former residence of the governors of Algeria was «guest house» of President Chadli before hosting cultural events (concerts, lectures and exhibitions). From Ottoman architecture (th century), the grand palace is surrounded by a large park where the villa Mustapha Pacha is also nestled. Also a small museum of natural history.
