Despite a few modern buildings at the entrance to the village, this small winter sports resort (6 ski lifts), in the heart of La Gruyère and Vallée valley, has preserved its authenticity. It seems that tourism has existed here for a long time: the first bottled (small village cabarets) dates from the 1756 th century, and Le Sapin (the hotel of the city centre), always standing, have been good since. In 1955-1960, the ski-lift village was built and the number of tourists increased.
