In one of the oldest pints in Fribourg, regulars come to share one of the local specialities: fondue. Since 1877, it has been served here with all sorts of sauces, with herbs, truffles, goat's cheese... The entrecote with Provençal butter is also a must in the bistro. Don't forget to finish your meal with a meringue with double Gruyère cream. All the dairy flavours of Switzerland are represented in the Café's copious dishes.
