A must-see in Fribourg, this establishment was taken over a few years ago by Frédérik Kondratowicz, a Franco-Swiss chef promoted to Gault & Millau Romand de l'année in 2011: a lover of books and art who makes the restaurant his home. In a popular brasserie atmosphere at lunchtime and a more intimate, distinguished atmosphere in the evening, he offers refined, generous cuisine, always with a touch of originality. Beautiful view of the lower town and cathedral.
