The Grand Hotel Glacier du Rhône is an institution in Gletsh. It all began in 1830 with a simple inn with a dozen beds. By the Belle Époque and at the height of its glory, the building had grown and developed as it does today, with up to 320 beds (150 in the 1980s). The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining with traditional and snack-type dishes. The view on the glacier is of course magnificent.
