The steep paths leading to the summit of the Chasseron are not easy, but promise an immersion in the heart of Jura nature. A real link between the Jura and the Plaine, this trail in the heart of the Jura winds between Sainte-Croix and Vuiteboeuf (alternative to Baulmes). Follow the green logo number 107 for a hike that is also accessible to children. The route offers real postcard landscapes over the plain, Lake Neuchâtel and beyond to the Alps. As you walk, you can admire the pastures and picturesque isolated chalets and the waterfalls in the Covatannaz gorge. For fun, you can even climb the rocks.
