LA POTINIERE

At the heart of the resort's sports facilities (skating rink in winter, swimming pool in summer, tennis courts...), La Potinière is a gathering place where locals like to come and share the news over a cup of coffee or a local white wine (Yvorne, Aigle...). Attractively laid out with small wooden niches and cheerful, colorful decor, it's a great place to share local cheese fondues. All the produce is fresh and of the highest quality, most of it sourced locally. The daily menu is tasty, complete and very affordable.

The Col du Pillon, at 1,550 m, is a narrow pass linking Les Diablerets (canton of Vaud) to Gstaad (canton of Bern). Facing the Diablerets Massif, the restaurant is a popular stopover for walkers and skiers attempting the ascent to Glacier 3000 by cable car. In winter, enjoying the sun's rays reverberating off the snow-covered walls on the terrace is a delightful experience! In summer, after a hike, it's also a great place to enjoy one of the local dishes.

At 7 km from Diablerets, the Mazots are accessible in summer by road. The map is varied and allows you to tour the specialties: albacore cheese on plate or fondue, charcuterie such as vaudoise sausage and dried meat, grilled grilled, famous röstis and various gratins. But the great specialty of this house is undoubtedly the fondues and crusts with various ingredients. There is also a wide selection of home drinks and desserts. The pleasure of the guaranteed eyes and palaces. The most: an exceptional panorama on the glacier.
