Au Parc offers a good Italian cuisine, with all the local specialities such as pizzas, tartars and vitello. The cuisine is always in season, and there are also some originalities such as crostinis with pan-fried foie gras, gnocchi with crayfish and Armagnac or the "minute" tagliolini with truffle cream. The place is warm, perhaps a little noisy as it can attract so many people... And even if the restaurant is large, it is still better to book on weekend evenings!

Open all week from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cost CHF 20 to 30 for pasta and pizza, CHF 29 to 45 for meat or fish. Daily menu CHF 24.
