This is the sumptuous Majestic restaurant. The 45 offers excellent seasonal and market cuisine facing the lake, in a large panoramic glass room, high ceilings and very pleasant… A small base of meat from grisons and breads of olive oil and butter to the flower of salt is kindly brought to you. You have a wide choice of market risotto dishes that are very affordable to the very refined quail of duck foie gras, frozen brown brown and butternut squash, to the lobster that comes to present everything living at your table before passing it to the pot… An attractive map with veiled veal laugh, shredded of truffles, potatoes and turnips in juice or paved with sandre sandre on the skin, candied riots with red wine, compote of green lentils and beef marrow. And finally, a subtle note the chocolate dome 'Majestic', Praliné and hardwood. The wine list is very well furnished, especially in Swiss wines and the sommelier offers a choice to accompany your dishes perfectly. Excellent service in an exceptional and very elegant setting.
