All the Swiss in the region know this prestigious gastronomic address, located in the charming village of Brent, on the heights of Montreux. Since 2011, Stéphane Décotterd concocts divine dishes based on local products (2 Michelin stars). The puff pastry of frogs' legs with tuberous chervil, black truffles, makes our mouth water. When the Biscôme clementine flavoured with mountain honey arrives, our gaze says a lot about our delicacy! A refined setting in a building of character and a marvellous terrace.

Vous y êtes accueilli merveilleusement. Puis tous ces plats qui défilent devant vous sont des chefs d'œuvres... Le conseil au niveau des vins était parfait. Je n'ai pas donné d'indication de prix et ils. Ont proposé d'excellents vins à des prix corrects... Cela vaut vraiment la peine...
