It is Mario Di Sessa who orchestrates this neighbourhood address where you have a very pleasant time. You are at the local bistro, in the restaurant or bar to enjoy Italian or Swiss cuisine generously concocted by the chef. The house works exclusively with fresh products. After the morning delivery of the vegetables Mario takes his place behind the stove. A successful reconversion for this former plumber who worked in theatre, singing, politics and gardening before expressing his passion for cooking here.
