The auberge de l'Onde occupies three floors of a magnificent 13th-century square orange house with green shutters, in the center of Saint-Saphorin: a rotisserie, two dining rooms, a very bright pint for a drink or a meal, and a cellar lounge for concerts. Each room is decorated in a modern, elegant style. This address should feature in our "Luxury" section, but its pint, which serves affordable cuisine, earns it this more modest ranking. It's said that Charlie Chaplin liked to eat here on Sundays with his family.
