In a beautiful building of the 1900 s overlooking the Place du Tunnel, Lausanne-Moudon reflects the atmosphere of Belle Epoque, when this brewery was called the Lausanne-Moudon Buffet and was looking at the tram stop Lausanne-Moudon (in function until 1963). In general, you can enjoy Parmentier, but the menu is rich in vegetarian dishes, fish and meat.
