Décevante expérience: service et cuisine ne se synchronisent pas, étudiants ayant une formation pratique insuffisante pour un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique, cuisine manquant de saveurs et de générosité, pas digne d’une étoile Michelin!

Très chouette moment servi par des élèves qui sont que 2 semaines en salle! Moins de 10% des élèves seront au service après les études de l’école… Profs très chouettes. Belles présentations et goûts délicats… on reviendra
