Attention, vous ne participez pas à la fabrication, vous regardez faire le chef... Les quantités ne sont pas adaptées à des particuliers, ni meme les ingrédients ... jaunes d'oeuf en bouteille d'1 litre idem pour le blanc d'oeuf ... on n'a pas de problème pour éviter les coquilles !
