Très mécontente

J'ai confié mon iPhone à la boutique de Genève hier pour changer la batterie. Je l'ai récupéré avec des rayures sur l'écran qui n'y étaient pas. Je suis formelle, je suis très soigneuse.
On m'a assuré qu'il était "impossible" que cela soit arrivé lors de la réparation et on m'a laissée comme ça.
Etant donné qu'il n'y a pas eu de vérification de l'état du téléphone lorsque je l'ai confié, je n'ai aucun recours.
