My neighbors were noisy, so I wrote the front desk. No response. Same thing hours later. No response. The heating, hot water, and WiFi didn’t work. It felt dirty.

A mon arrivée, il y avait une tâche de sang sur le drap du lit ainsi que des poils et cheveux dans la douche. J'étais tellement fatiguée que je n'ai pas signalé. J'ai nettoyé moi même la douche.
