The panorama of the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices and the undulations of the river coming back to life are breathtaking. This gives the ephemeral space (open from May to September) a unique richness. Far from being an overrated and elitist place, the bubbles are consumed here according to your desires: in a bottle to be taken directly from a retro bathtub full of ice cubes...
