A perfect harmony emanates from skill. First of all, the concept is not traditional, and we can see the audacity of the owners' innovative ideas: bringing together a "modern-day" brasserie, a champagne bar and a very cosy co-working space here! A generous and superbly arranged space. The semi-cooked veal tartar "Les Philosophes" surprises first of all by the mix of textures and above all leaves us with a very positive note: creamy, fresh and spicy as you like, it's perfect! Taste all quality dishes, served with attention and delicacy.

Opening time and information on LES PHILOSOPHES

Monday-Thursday 11:30am-3pm and 7pm-midnight. Friday and Saturday 11.30am-3pm and 7pm-1am. Dishes from 20. Sunday brunch : 48 CHF.
