When we pass the door of Sam-Lor, we are in total immersion in Northern Thailand: Asian sculptures, perched niches promote escape. A trip to the countries of the monks who are faithful servants of Buddha. The tasting dish gives you a glimpse of the finesse of the subtly spiced cuisine with a salad of soy sprouts and hearts of palm, homemade shrimp fritters. The delicate flavours continue with main courses such as cashew nut stir-fry (meat of your choice) or Thai basil leaves.
