The historic Volksbad is home to Switzerland's oldest surviving indoor swimming pool, built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style. At the time, only 18% of the population had an apartment with their own bathroom. On Wednesday afternoons, the pool is reserved for children, who enjoy a wide range of activities and games in the water. On Thursdays, the water is heated to over 30°C for all to enjoy.

Open on Monday from 8am to 1.30pm and from 3pm to 8pm, Tuesday from 8am to 1.30pm and from 4pm to 8pm, Wednesday from 7am to 8pm, Thursday from 8am to 1pm and from 3pm to 9pm, Friday from 8am to 11.30am and from 3pm to 7.30pm, Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Adult admission: CHF 5.90. Reduced Admission (minors of more than 16 years): CHF 4.10. Child entry (6 to 16 years): CHF 3.
