We dine very elegantly in a traditional vein well modernized, where we appreciate the sobriety and respect for the product. Among the house specialities, the poularde and the bouillabaisse! Read moreClose to the cathedral, an erststockbeizli (historic house from the 16th century) with a charming little room upstairs, typical and charming (dark woodwork, rustic benches and tables, beautiful wrought iron mobiles). The cuisine is also in line: absolutely local, successful and full of flavours. The atmosphere and the welcome are feminine, pleasant and much less classical than one might expect. A small terrace for the summer. To be discovered!

Read moreThis is the most famous and certainly the best erststockbeizli, over 500 years old, as the dark woodwork testifies. In this typical Swiss restaurant, the chef prepares excellent rösti, as well as excellent hunting dishes in winter. On the menu: sliced venison with game sauce and spätzli, the unmissable Viennese veal escalope with cranberries, grilled fish with butter and a vegetarian menu. A special feature: the floor is on a gentle slope! Service is fast and friendly, but tap water... for a fee.
