At the Hiltl, there are more than 500 dishes offered at the buffet or à la carte. The atmosphere is intergenerational and trendy, with a view of the kitchens from the stairs. The food is so good that it makes you want to become a vegetarian or vegan. The cooks are constantly inventing new recipes of international inspiration but always made from local and seasonal products. The place is transformed into a discotheque every weekend, from Friday at 11pm until Sunday evening. A real concept.
