We've fallen for this resolutely green restaurant! 100% vegan, organic, healthy, additive-free, seasonal... That's the name of the game at this new, brightly-lit, half-brown, half-natural venue. At Karls Kraut, the chef and her young, trendy team prove that healthy food rhymes with tasty food! A delicious brunch is served every Sunday. There's a choice of three formulas: savory brunch with spicy scrambled tofu and sweet potatoes, tomato white beans with rösti or smoothie bowl with fresh berries and granola. Gourmet!
