From Ordino, taking the Carretera General 3, we will discover the village of Llorts in the heart of the valley. Here, everything goes very fast and at the bend in the road, houses and then the church appear before our amazed eyes. This small medieval centre bears witness to the importance of the village in the past, which lived from livestock and the exploitation of the surrounding iron mines, particularly that of Sardonet. The church of Sant Cerni, dating from the end of the 17th century, is particularly noteworthy. It has two bell towers and a medieval style nave. Inside, we can observe a baroque altarpiece closed by a beautiful wrought iron gate.
