For more than 30 years, the Portuguese chef Amaro and his family have been at the head of this welcoming borda. A rustic, old-fashioned setting where you can enjoy mountain cuisine with typical recipes from the country: soups, cheese assortments, Iberian cold cuts, meat and cheese fondues, the famous trinxat, grilled meats and the inevitable mountain rice!
