Typical Andorran "borda" from the 19th century, which for decades has been a reference in mountain and Pyrenean cuisine. The great speciality here? Meat grilled over a wood fire (rib of beef) and Andorran soup(escudella) with onion gratin. For the rest, the menu is quite varied: escalivada (grilled vegetables and anchovies from l'Escala), top quality Iberian ham, mountain rice. Incredible desserts and impeccable service.
