4-star hotel with panoramic bubble elevator and swimming pool, featuring fully-equipped rooms and suites with every comfort

The leisure and relaxation facilities of this 4-star hotel could make Caldea jealous: panoramic bubble lift, thermal pool, saunas, whirlpool, solarium, Turkish bath, beauty salons... that said, the most critical may find its aquatic areas a little outdated. Opened in 1963 and of course renovated since then, the hotel is one of the first in the Principality to have offered guests the benefits of thermal water. The 157 rooms (including 7 suites) are comfortable and fully equipped.

El trato del personal exquisito pero esta vez el Spa a medio gas,la sauna turca sin vapor y fria ,los chorros de agua de la piscina activarlos una odisea,el jacuzzi me fui sin poder activarlo ni usarlo, la sauna seca fria,pagas por usar unas instalaciones que estan la mitad paradas,ya de por si el Spa es escueto y si encima está medio parado pues como que no.Este hotel en sus tiempos estaba muy bien,ahora necesita ya un buen lavado de cara,la proxima vez otro hotel

Fantastica experiencia, tienen un chef en el restaurante con una dedicacion increivle. Comida fabulosa. Spa pequeño pero adecuado y una atencion al cliente ibcreible. Repetiremos sin duda.

Après avoir réservé notre séjour du 02 au 03 novembre 2023, la tempête "Ciara" nous bloque et nous oblige à annuler ou reporter notre voyage jusqu'en Andorre. Nous prévenons l'hôtel le 02 novembre mais le paiement reste acquis et malgré notre souhait, la direction ne nous propose pas de report de séjour: dommage pour nous. Nous aurions souhaité un geste commercial pour ces aléas climatiques mais il n'en a rien été. Nous ne réserverons plus dans cet hôtel et nous ne le recommanderons pas !
