Read moreClose to the bazaar, a pretty open-air tchaikhana, with tables arranged in the courtyard or high up on the mezzanine. The Turkish music resounds at full volume, but the atmosphere is generally good-natured and the reception very friendly. Most of the tables are set up in the shade, so there is a little coolness even in the hottest hours. On the menu are the classic tomato, cucumber and onion salads, chachlyks and plov for lunch. Nothing extraordinary, but very well concocted classics.
