It is a crossroads city where vehicles from all regions of Guinea cross paths. Since the completion of the two-lane road, the city has become a sort of suburb of Conakry. Located at the foot of Mount Kakoulima, it marks the beginning of the "bush", after 50 km of noisy and congested agglomerations, from the peninsula of Kaloum of Conakry. It is in Coyah that the mineral water bearing the same name is bottled (the first spring water to be bottled in Guinea and which remains a reference) and which is distributed in almost all the country. Along the road near the factory, you will find countless vendors selling 0.5 or 1.5 liter bottles and the so polluting but so practical 33 cl bags (bags containing 33 cl of water, heat-sealed and single-use, which are unfortunately found almost everywhere on the ground in town and in the bush); the opportunity to stock up before facing the roads of the interior
