An original restaurant where the chef prepares dishes with far-flung flavours and local produce.
Well known for the quality of its offerings, the Auberge de Carolles is a safe bet, with the dynamic Aurélien and Valentine at the helm. Local products are well represented, with fish and meat from the region such as the lieu, Saint-Pierre or andouille de Vire, homemade fries and desserts such as the excellent chocolate dome. A lovely terrace completes the setting, and the restaurant also offers 6 bedrooms.
