It houses two exhibitions. The first traces the history of Warsaw's Jewish community, with numerous photos of the ghetto and eyewitness accounts. The second is dedicated to Jewish art, with religious and secular handicrafts, including paintings and sculptures (some of which belong to the interior of an early 19th-century synagogue). The overall impression is good, but the somewhat dated museography is uneven. Audioguides are useless. Allow a good three hours.
