Restaurant serving beautifully prepared dishes in two beautiful rooms in Bricqueville-sur-Mer.
It's a must in Bricqueville, and even in the region. Benoît Delbasserue runs his restaurant with his wife after a rich career at Savoy, Lasserre and Ledoyen in Paris. This prestigious background is reflected in the dishes. Beautifully laid out, they feature fine, inventive cuisine, some of the best in the area: celeriac in tangy ravioli, sweetbreads and onion broth, orange marmalade and petit beurre, to name but a few. The restaurant, with its two beautiful dining rooms, is a must.
