The restaurant at the Casa 1800 boutique hotel offers top-quality cuisine combining Salvadoran and international specialties. Meat lovers can choose from a range of deliciously cooked cuts (puyazo, arrachera...). Special mention must also go to the house cocktails, such as the Mala Influencia, with mezcal, amaretto, lemon juice and kombucha, or the Chele Prepotente with tequila, mango, lemon and beer. All this, with a breathtaking view of Lake Suchitlán below...magical!

Among Suchitoto's pupuserias, this one stands out for its small wooden deck offering a magnificent view of the lake. Built on stilts, the structure may look shaky, but it holds up!
