A tourist farm in a superb environment, in the middle of pines, coffee and fresh mountains (evening, it can cool, think). A long Germanic tradition that evokes a small "black forest" in the country of lakes and volcanoes. There is a lot for everyone! Many eco-friendly activities. Beautiful walks in the forest, horse, bird observation (more than 200 species listed), coffee production process (Finca La Hammonia producing a delicious coffee exported around the world)… Eddy Kühl (Nicaraguan of Germanic descent) is an authoritative authority on the region and the country in general. Very friendly, he immediately puts at ease. The restaurant near the lagoon is not so expensive and it is very good, all the products being organic and cultivated on site. A fascinating little museum on the floor, featuring some pieces of collection and interesting photos. You can't go back to the "Terrocarril" (a train without rails to transport the coffee to the port of Corinto), a curiosity!
