A museum founded by Doña Carmen Toruño and which doubles a visit. First of all, because this house housed the "Cárcel 21" (place of torture) from 1921 (more peaceful reopening to the public in 2000!), then because it evokes the history of this place of horror but also all the wonderful, incredible and astonishing stories surrounding the city of León since its foundation.

I found this museum very interesting. It can be visited with or without a guide {you can give the somme that you want}. I would take a guide because otherwise we do not have any explanations on the various drawings, attire worn by various people, legends etc... 20 cordobas the entrance.
