SJØBUA
Read moreThis historic restaurant is located between Hotel Bryggen and Hotel Scandic and is housed in a charming house on the quayside that was once used as a fish shed. In the summer, a wooden boat in front of the restaurant serves as a bar. Sjøbua was once one of the best fish restaurants on the entire coast, and the fishermen would dock directly in front of it. The cook would choose the fish on the pontoon. Today, the menu changes with the seasons and the arrival of fish and shellfish. The lobster soup is really famous.
