Nestled in a tiny street in the centre of Nyaung Shwe, the Lotus is a very small restaurant... And yet you won't have any trouble finding it because it is very well indicated from the main street. A small bamboo hut, shans dishes written on a handwritten menu, and a welcome of an exceptional kindness even for Burma! We come to eat here as we will go to eat at grandma's: homemade dishes concocted with a lot of love! From shan noodles, to stuffed pineapple, to grilled fish, always well presented.
