The Alounsavath is a charming hotel on the banks of the Mekong River. The most beautiful rooms are all made of wood and have a private balcony overlooking the river. The parquet floors and waxed wooden furniture are of the most beautiful effect. The others are simpler, with tiled floors, but just as comfortable. All are equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom with hot water. Breakfast, very complete, is served on the terrace of the establishment for a gentle awakening while watching the ballet of the boats.
