L'Éléphant is one of the oldest French restaurants and one of the best tables in Luang Prabang. Elegant décor: light-coloured floors and dark furniture. Different menus are offered and a la carte choice of traditional French and Laotian dishes with salads, cold cuts, meat and poultry, fish, homemade desserts and vegetarian specialties. Exhaustive wine list. The classic atmosphere will delight the nostalgic of the old Parisian brasseries. Note that the owner, Mr. Gilles Vautrin, is also Consul of France.

Un restaurant situé dans un endroit très tranquille pas très loin de la rue principale. Cuisine très bonne, surtout internationale et très bon service. Cher par rapport aux restaurants laotiens.

Décor agérable, mets subtils... ne se démode pas au fil de mes séjours dans cette superbe citée de Luang Prabang.

Bref Un restaurant où l'on mange très bien, avec un prix en conséquence mais si vous devez y faire votre dernier repas avant de quitter la ville, n'hésitez pas.
