CELADON

Situated within the very walls of Wat Khili, at the end of the peninsula in the historic centre, this small shop of traditional Lao art and objects is unique. Celadon's funds and revenues support Buddhist education in Luang Prabang and in particular the Buddhist School for the Arts. By training young people from underprivileged families in the ancestral arts, the school offers them an activity that enables them to meet their needs, while preserving ancient artistic techniques. It therefore offers rare and original objects. A beautiful project.
