A real favorite for this establishment located in the building of the former library of the city built in 1956. The place is enchanting, you can settle in the air-conditioned building or on the terrace under the trees. The cuisine on offer is absolutely divine: Laotian specialities made exclusively from plants, vegetables, fruit and cereals. It's a success! The dishes are creative, colourful and fragrant. Wide choice of salads, noodles, desserts but also excellent breakfasts and fresh juices. Warmly recommended
