Dung is Vietnamese and speaks French well. It holds the crate of this large canteen with a master hand, while the servers activate in the large room. No need to ask for menu, you will have the choice between a vegetarian soup dim or with meat. The kitchen is very small, the food is fresh and goûteuse. We eat in this very nice typical restaurant.
